Korea 2023 14/16 : Photoshoot Experience in Seoul & Going to Banpo Festival

So yeah, back to Seoul and this time I stayed at Hongdae area, I stayed at Batwo Stay and apparently they provide breakfast, yeayy I love it. Anyway I booked a photoshoot today via Airbnb, and the meeting point is at Anguk Station. Mostly the photoshoot hold at Gyeongbokgung Palace wearing Hanbok (Korean Traditional Clothes), but I told the photographer since I've been to the palace so I want to take pictures at different spot. We met at 10 AM around Anguk Station, the session last for 2 hours for USD 56.98. We went around Bukcheon area and starts taking pictures, we also went to this Hanok house where there were not so many people there.

We walked a lot to different spots, she was nice and when I have no idea to pose, she will tell me to just relax or I can just caress my hair naturally. Apparently I was alone that day, since I might find another person if they booked on the same time as mine so we will go on the group and have session for each person during the time. So, I was lucky at that time because it seems like private session. We chatted a lot so I felt more comfortable and the stiffness started to go away while taking pictures. So, after those two hours went by, we finished the session and she told me she would send all the pictures via google drive. I think she sent me the link on the next day, and total pictures were 200++ pictures, wow. It was such a nice experience to try while in Seoul.

After the photoshoot, I am going to explore Insadong area so I went there, when I went to Ssamziegil, I found this DIY shop similar as Myeongdong one. I made some DIY keychains there as souvenirs and my friends also ordered it. There was parade on the street when I was in Insadong, it's really interesting to see it. I bought an egg bread (KRW 2,000) on that street. There are so many souvenirs shop, cute cafe, clothes shop etc. that you can find in this street.

Then I went again to Ikseondong area, I just love the vibes in this street, so many things to see with so many cute cafes. I found those cafes that I read on social media but I ended up went to Seoul Bread, because I just love the vibes there. I bought a coffee with Injeolmi Tiramisu for KRW 14,000, it's my first time trying Injeolmi Tiramisu, it's an unique taste of tiramisu. Wandered around the area and went to this cute shop, I got a bag for my sister there, they sell accessories such as bags, hair clip, earrings etc.

I will meet my firiend at Banpo because I heard there will be Banpo Festival so we want to check that out since we failed to go to festival last time at Yeouido. There are so many stalls that we can see. They sell so many things, stuffs, food etc. We just walked from another side of the bridge until the other side of the bridge. There were some cute installations and also they provides some beanbags with some books so you can just hang out there while laying there. There was also marching band, so I watched the one in Insadong and in Banpo as well. It's a nice festival to chill with your friends, family or lover.

Hello Yunho!

We parted ways after that, since I went back around Myeongdong area, I just love Myeongdong, I think I keep coming back here, Olive Young for skincare, make up etc. I also went to HBAF that famous almond nuts with different kind of flavors to try. I also bougt it for my family at home and officemates. I think spent quite a lot this time. I felt under the weather due to the cold weather and rain. I went back to my hostel and I will move to another hostel tomorrow, I booked private room for my last night in Seoul. Too bad I was kind of exhausted and sick so I couldn't join for karaoke night. It must be fun but I kind of having sore throat.

Ps. I am playing around with the presets on Lightroom so the style on this blogpost will be different, well I just want to try and giving different vibes.
